- Volunteer / Sevadar Registration: Identity credentials, photograph, address, and seva preference.
3. Payment & Financial Security
All online financial transactions are processed securely through RBI-licensed payment aggregators, including Razorpay, with 256-Bit SSL/TLS military-grade bank encryption. We do NOT collect, store, or process donors' credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Net Banking PINs on our servers.
4. Use of Collected Data
The information collected is strictly utilized for:
- Dispatching official Section 80G tax exemption donation receipts and Form 10BD certificates.
- Issuing verified digital Sevadar/Volunteer Identity Cards.
- Communicating updates regarding Akhand Annapurna Langar, free evening pathshalas, and charitable seva programs.
- Strict adherence to statutory regulatory requirements under Indian Law.

Guidelines and operating terms of Sarva Samarpit Sewa Sansthan • Registered Indian Charitable Trust
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or donating on sarvasamarpitsewasansthan.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the Republic of India.
2. Nature of Charitable Contributions
Sarva Samarpit Sewa Sansthan is an officially registered non-profit charitable trust. All donations made via UPI QR, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or Razorpay are non-commercial voluntary contributions dedicated towards:
- 24-Hour Akhand Annapurna Langar at Shree Bade Hanuman Ji Temple, Prayagraj.
- Free evening pathshalas, books, uniforms, and educational supplies for underprivileged students.
- Medical awareness, free health checkups, and sanitary hygiene kits.
- Winter blanket distribution, tree plantation, and marriage assistance for needy families.
3. Tax Exemption & Section 80G Certificates
Donations are eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors providing a valid Indian PAN will receive an authentic digital 80G receipt, which is electronically reconciled in Annual Form 10BD filing with the Income Tax Department.
4. Digital Identity & Volunteer Badges
Official digital ID cards generated via our portal are issued exclusively to registered volunteers, trustees, and executive members. Misuse, forgery, or unauthorized solicitation using our digital ID is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Donation Refund Policy (वापसी नीति)
Transparency and guidelines regarding donation cancellations and payment reconciliations
1. Voluntary Nature of Charitable Donations
As a registered public charitable trust, donations made to Sarva Samarpit Sewa Sansthan are voluntary contributions deployed directly for daily langar food supplies, emergency medical relief, and student coaching. Consequently, once a donation is completed, refunds are generally not entertained.
2. Accidental or Duplicate Transactions
In rare cases where an inadvertent error occurs during payment processing, our trust will review refund requests under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Debits: If a donor's bank account was debited more than once for a single donation attempt due to network timeout or gateway lag.
- Erroneous Amount: If an unintended amount was entered due to a typographical error.
- Reporting Window: The refund request must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request an investigation and refund of a duplicate or erroneous contribution, please email our finance team with the following details:
- Donor Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Razorpay Payment ID / Bank Transaction Reference / UTR Number
- Proof of deduction (bank statement screenshot or SMS receipt)

4. Processing & Settlement Timeline
Upon receipt and audit verification by our accounts desk, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment gateway (Razorpay) and credited back to the originating bank account or card within 5 to 7 working days.
